SX 20 HDMI 1 Port Not working

HI..

We have SX20 Codec and HDMI 1 port is not working can we configure HDMI 2 port to work like as HDMI 1 as we are using single monitor system only.

Please suggest is there any way to rectify the HDMI1 port issue.

Secondly if it is possible than can we get the audio output from HDMI 2 or we have to connect external speakers in this case.

By default both HDMI outputs should mirror each other, so HDMI 2 should give the same output as HDMI 1.

If some video settings might have been changed, you may have to set the following.

• Video Monitors: Single
• Video Output HDMI [1,2] MonitorRole: Auto

The OSD should automatically appear on HDMI 2, but if it doesn't, change the following:

• Video OSD Output: Auto -or- 2

HDMI audio is only supported on the HDMI 1 output, so you'll need to use the 3.5mm mini jack.
