Note :
Once i remove the cable from output 1 ( monitor 1 ) it give me signal on output 2 ( monitor 2 ) and when i return back output 1 it disappear again from output 2 .
Please need your advice .

What happens if you set the second output to "First"?
Settings the second output to First will mirror the first output, however settings it to Dual, you will only see presentation content when either sending or receiving it, and/or selfview if configured to show it on the second monitor.

What software version is your SX20 running?
Does your SX20 have the "Dual Display" option key installed? This option key should be included on SX20s sold recently, but was an additional purchase on older units (L-SX20-DD under L-SX-SERIES-PAK).

Dear Wayne ,
Thanks a lot for your reply
this's the Software version: TCNC7.3.6.ea51021 ,
Is it the Dual Display should be with licence? , when i checked the data sheet i didn't found any licence for the Dual monitor only for multisite call .
Thanks

The Dual Display option key use to be a paid feature, but a few years ago it became an included option key for $0 which is why you don't see it on the SX20 data sheet, the PID is LIC-SX20-DD. Even if you don't have the Dual Display option key, the second HDMI output should still mirror the first, unless I'm mistaken.
