SX-80 Registers for 20 - 30 seconds then goes to Not Registered

I have a SX-80 that after restart will Register and then after 20 to 30 seconds goes to Not Registered.  I also ran a continuous ping on the IP and it would ping and then would drop off after 20 to 30 seconds.  This was before we factory reset the SX-80.  After the factory reset and reinputting the IP we are still experiencing the same issue.  The whole VTC was working fine a month ago but for some reason the VTC won't stay on long enough to start a VTC.  I have 2 other SX80's doing the same thing but 6 others that are working fine.  Any suggested fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to provide more info on the configuration?  What are they registered to (VCS, CUCM, Webex Cloud)?  If they are dropping off the LAN, are they visibly rebooting - is there anything displayed on the console or in the error logs?  What software version are they running?   Are they all on the same version?   Are they configured for a VLAN, or do you need one on your network - how is the VLAN Voice mode configured?

Wayne thanks for the response .  I don't have access to the that information as I am locked out from accessing the SX80.  Only the VTC Help Desk has access when the VTC is online. And since they don't have access I can't get that information right now.  I am going to do a factory reset to get more info for you.

Ideally you would check the configuration on one that works and compare to one that doesn't.  Factory resetting the device will delete all of the configuration information which would include anything that I was querying (other than perhaps checking the software version to see if it is a current one or not).  Your Help Desk / support team would then need to make sure it's all configured correctly again, so it would seem that they are the ones that should be assisting with the troubleshooting of the environment they support.   There's probably not a lot that you can do yourself to fix the configuration if you don't have the access to all the back end.
