SX10 Cannot Update TC Firmware - Stuck at Install Software

Hello All,

I am trying to update the firmware of an sx10 endpoint from TC 7.3.18 to TC 7.3.21 from the Web-interface. The device is registered at VCS Expressway. I have tried the same on sx20 device and the same issue occurs. Normally, it should directly execute the update after selecting the .pkg file but nothing happens at all, the loader remains at the start position.

I have seen this happen on the odd occasion.   In most cases when this has occurred a power cycle of the endpoint has resolved the issue.
