SX10 is getting hang while dialing sip call.

Hi All,

Please help, We are facing an issues in Cisco sx10 device when try dial SIP bridge id like (5555@conferance.mumbai.com) the device getting hang no any option to continue whenever restart the device.

We did all of configuration also upgrade the device to new version but it is still persist.

Try Two things:
1. Factory Reset for the endpoint
2. upgrade the video conference endpoint to the latest version in the Cisco software center
