I have an SX10 with the latest firmware (s52030ce9_2_3-3ba381b.pkg)
video camera works fine on self view via HDMI, however when a conference takes place neither end sees the other persons video. Audio works fine, when the conferences ends the SX10 crashes and reboots.
If I do an audio only call, the sx10 does not crash at the end of the call.
Issue was present before I upgraded. I have also carried out a factory reset
I'm using direct h323
I assume this is a software fault? does upgrading the firmware totally rewrite the file system or could there be erroneous files still there causing an issue. Can the file system be wiped entirely?

version was 8.something..
it stopped working on the version it came supplied with.
Not under warranty or agreement, so essentially a very expensive product that is probably fixable, but not without specialist info.
I've reinstalled the latest version again, still the same.

If you check the historical endpoint logs, do you see anything that might indicate why it's restarting between the time the call ends and the reboot?

How would I go about wiping the file system and re uploading it again
Are there any instructions to do this via serial?
