My environment does not have any extra free public ip for sx10 doing 1 to 1 nat. It's possible to do port forwarding to allow video conferencing with other network? (It's call via IP)

If you look at some of the SX20 standalone threads you should get a good idea how to configure the SIP and NAT (ignore the H.323 settings which are not on the SX10s).
Note: your question would be better if posted in the TelePresence section of the forums rather than the Video over IP section you've posted in.

Iam also planning for Similar scenario. We have an SX10 in Head office and another SX10 in Branch office in a different Geographical Location. But we dont have CUCM or VCS. We have Public IPs available.Am planning for 1:1 NAT. You were successful doing this ?
