SX10 Sits at Cisco screen, won't boot

I've got 3 SX10 devices that now basically, do the same thing.  They boot to the Cisco screen,  the green light comes on the camera, but the power led never lights.

 

I've got console access.   Is there a simple way to upgrade the firmware from the console?

Are you using AC power supply or via PoE to power on the unit?

Take note when using PoE as source (network switch or PoE injector), it must be located in the same building as the SX10 device. The maximum cable length when connecting the SX10 to a PoE source is 50m/164ft.

Upgrading is done via web interface. Refer this admin guide under page 48.

Did you try to factory reset the unit. Refer to page 114 from the admin guide on how to factory reset using the reset button.
