It is possible, take a look at "Add Additional Participants to Existing Call" in the SX10 User Guide for Remote Control (CE9.1), it will require an external conference bridge such as TelePresence Server or Cisco Meeting Server for example if it's a video call. The SX10 only supports 1 video/audio call and 1 audio call connected at the same time.
