I have an SX10 that I would like to get working with Webex, how would I go about doing so? Currently have it setup on CUCM. Would I have to purchase a CMR?

CMR is part of the Webex service. If you have a Webex Annuity contract you are entitled to it for free, check with your service provider. To connect to it you will need VCS/Expressway set up in your environment to allow you to dial public URI's with your SX10. Try dialing 89274447@cisco.com - if you see my splash screen you can dial out, if it fails you aren't set up to allow outbound URI dialing, that would have to be resolved as well.
