SX20 and EX90 Standalone

Hello Experts,

I have two devices CTS-SX10-K9 and CTS-EX90-K9. They are located in Site A and Site B. I am using them as standalone devices.

SX10 is behind router ( NAted) and EX90 has true public IP. When I am making call from SX10 to EX90, then EX90 sees the of SX10 as private IP ( original IP of the device), when I answered the call its only 1 side video/audio.

Please can someone help me in this.

Hi,

in SX10 configuration you need to enable the NAT.

under SIP configuration, make the NAT on and add the public IP address or private IP, try both of them.
