Hi Shy,
I assume you are talking about the default input hdmi camera source on sx20.
It does not have capabilty to send audio and there are no configurations for it.
You can connect the camera to hdmi input source and audio from the mic or other audio jacks available for sharing content audio.
Thanks,
Amlesh

Ok, but your "Cisco Telepresence SX-20 Quickset" pdf states:
Audio Inputs (4 Inputs)
-Two Mics
-Mini-jack Line In
-One audio from Camera (HDMI)
This feature is why we purchased 4 of these!
Are you saying the literature is incorrect?
If not, how do you enable this audio input so the farends can hear?
Thanks

HDMI out does audio, but audio in via camera HDMI I am unaware of.
But that's what the PDF file on CCO seems to indicate.
This site also talks about audio in over camera :
Audio inputs
2 x desk microphones, microphone audio from camera over HDMI, 3.5mm mini-jack connection for laptop/DVD audio
I do not think the 2.5X or 4.5X or 12X cameras audio.
Have meeting with engineering on Tuesday. Will raise the question.

Hello,
to date, we do not have any cameras which can do audio over HDMI.
Asked to get the documentation updated. Opened a bug for it.
CSCuh72577 - SX20 doc incorrectly talks about "One audio from Camera (HDMI)"
