SX20 DVI Input from Crestron DM Switcher DMC-HDO looses video with VGA source.
When using a HDMI source to a Crestron DM switcher and switching it to the Crestron DMC-HDO HDMI output the SX20 presentation video is fine. When we switch our source to VGA into the switchers transmitter using any standard resolution there is no video in the presentation mode of the SX20. We checked for proper resolutions in the Crestron. I should mention that the VGA source will display when routed to a monitor instead of the SX20 DVI input.
Suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you using a supported resolution by the SX20, see Table 2 in the SX20 Data Sheet?
Have you checked the status of the input on the SX20, what dose it say?
Try removing everything between the source and the SX20, by connecting the source directly to the codec. If that works add one thing back at a time until it stops working, however if it doesn't work, than it's possibly something wrong with the source.

We are using a supported resolution. Those resolutions are also in the Crestron equipment.
Since the HDMI source is working from the same transmitter to the SX20 it isn't a hardware or cabling issue. I should have mentioned that the VGA source will display when routed to a monitor instead of the DVI input.

Just because one thing works, doesn't mean something else will. I had an issue the other day where a laptop wouldn't display anything when connected to a C20, the status for the codec's content input didn't recognize the video, however if I plugged the laptop directly into a monitor it worked without issue, turned out to be an issue with the graphics driver.
I'd upgrade the drivers as well as try connecting the VGA source directly to the codec and go from there, adding one device back at a time. You always want to try and eliminate extra hardware between the source and destination to see if something is the cause, even if you think it's working without issue, as this will rule out an issue with the either the content source or the codec.

Are you using DVI-I cables which support both Analogue and Digital signals over the DVI cable, or just DVI-D cables (if only your digital signal is working from your HDMI but not the Analogue signal from the VGA)?
Have you also checked how you have the DVI input configured on the SX20 - have you forced the type to something other than the default of "AutoDetect"?
