Hi 

How to check the hardware status of SX20 Codec.

Is there any way we can get the detail report of Hardware status of SX20 codec apart from Diagnostic --- Re-run diagnostic and warning/errors.

You could use the API to check for any active diagnostic messages.

What software version is the SX20 running?

I tested using CE9 software.

Looking at the API guides, it appears that xStatus Diagnostics provides call diagnostics when running TC7 and earlier software, and diagnostics alerts as seen in the web interface when running CE8 and later.  So in order to see diagnostic alerts using the API with xStatus Diagnostics, you'll need to be running CE software.
