SX20 motion on Call establishment

Hello,

We have four sx20 codecs (TC7.3.6). In Two of these the camera would automatically turn straight once a call is established. In the other two the camera would stay in its stand by position and has to be moved by the touchpad controls. I have checked the camera motormovedetection and it is switched off on all four units.

Is there something else to check?

Have you checked the standby settings, most importantly "Standby WakeupAction", see the SX20 TC7.3 Admin Guide on pg 102 for more information.
