SX20 needs PR option for HD?

Hi all,

We have SX20 with PR, DD, MS options as our demo machine.

We thought SX20 could transmit / receive video at HD resolution(1080x720@30 or @60) without any option,

and with PR option it could handle FullHD(1920 x 1080@30 or 60).

But after we delete PR option from SX20, it transmits / receives video only at 1024x576@30 at most.

Is the max resolution of SX20 without PR option is 1024x576@30?

Hi Kotaro,

Please chaeck option keys installed in system using "xstatus SystemUnit Software OptionKeys", Do you have highdefination key installed ?.

If it is not installed then what resolution you are getting is correct .

Hi Dharmesh,

Thank you for your information.

We found that LIC-SX20-HD license was not installed on our SX20s although the license is built-in license of SX20.

We will consult our distributer.
