I have client that has several sx10's that lost it's provisioning mode!
Here are the particulars:
sx10 running ce8.1.1
CTMS running 15.3
Each of the sx10's is using the SIP proxy functionality of CUCM (dont know version) and it's provisioning mode is set to CUCM in each endpoint. Each endpoint was added to CTMS thru the add system function. As a result of the lost provisioning mode the in the endpoint the user could not schedule the resource. Looked at logs and could not find anything out of ordinary, I went in and reset the provisioning mode on each endpoint and have been fine since...BUT
Short of make a recommendation to the client on upgrading endpoint to 8.3.1 has anyone seen this issue!

What was the specific process you used to add the endpoints into TMS?
If you added the endpoints using the "Add by Address" tab, that is the wrong process, you should add them through the "Add from Unified CM or TMS" tab. Using the add by address option is meant for endpoints that will be directly managed by TMS, which can explain why the provisioning mode is changing. Take a look at the Adding Systems section of the TMS 15.3 Admin Guide starting on pg 53.
