SX20 with ISDN link - no video over ISDN to IP bridge

Hello I currently have a problem with not being able to transmit or receive video when dialling out to an ISDN to IP bridge.  The SX20 is dialling out on ISDN and the other unit (polycom group 500) is dialling in on IP, both units are up to date software wise as is the Cisco ISDN link.  The bridge (provided by a 3rd party) is aPolycom RMX 2000 running v8.5.11.  A 3rd party contact is able to dial in over ISDN with success using a different unit so the issue appears to be a conflict between our SX20 and the bridging companies hardware. Has anyone encountered this problem or similar before and managed to resolve it? Thanks

For others information, I've appeared to resolve this issue by turning off Encryption in ISDN Link Configuration>H320>Encryption.  The default setting was Best Effort.  It appeared that the encryption was only allowing the audio to be transmitted over the bridging service.
