SX80 Control

Can a SX80 be controlled by the Touch 10 and a third party Touch Panel (Crestron over COM port) at the same time without disconnecting one or the other?

There won't be any issue, the only issue you might run into if at all would be conflicting commands, someone trying to control the SX80 from the Touch 10 while someone might be trying to do the same from the Crestron.

Patrick is correct, but there's a better way to do this. Since the release of CE8.2, you can now create "widgets" on the SX80. Basically what this does is give you the ability to send commands to the Crestron for lights, shades, whatever you want, so then you don't need to use two panels. Take a look at this page:

Just to be clear - the endpoint is not directly controlling those devices, Crestron is still doing that, what this does is simplify the experience for the user by giving them one interface for both call control and controlling the other devices in the room.
