SX80 Microphone mute unmute out of sync

I have (3) hardwired Cisco table microphones connected to a SX80 codec.

On 2 out of the (3) microphones the MUTE state is not in sync with the Cisco touch panel mute indicator, the 3rd microphone is in sync with the TP.

This condition is only happening on ports 1,2, & 3. If same (3) microphones are connected to Mic inputs 4,5, & 6 all the mute states are the same and they match the state of the touch panel.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you discovered that you may have a hardware issue on the CODEC that should be RMA'd

First check to see that the settings are the same across all mic inputs

next try a reload of the current software version.

If both of those are done and you still have the issue RMA the unit
