Troubleshooting section of SX80 codec GUI says:
WARNING: Output Connector Locations
You have two connected outputs configured with overlapping location. Please update the Location configuration for your video outputs to match physical layout.
which links to a setting like
Video Output HDMI [1] Location: HorizontalOffset
Settings may range from -100 to +100.
In the reference docs, it says
The magnitude of the offset indicates how far the display is from center (relative to
other displays)
Example: You have three displays side by side, with the left and right displays at equal distance
from center. Then the following settings will apply: HorizontalOffset = 0 for the center display,
HorizontalOffset = -1 for the left display, and HorizontalOffset = 1 for the right display
What application does this setting have? Why would the codec need to know this info? If I did have a 3 screen setup like the above example, and I set -1 for the left display and say, 50, for the right, indicating it is 50 times the distance away from the center on that side, would there be any difference in what is displayed?
Asking for curiosity's sake.
