SX80 signal routing question?

Hi folks,

Our customer needs the ability to fix a route from hdmi input 1 to dvi output 3 that never turns off or changes regardless of what the codec does, in a call, not in a call, multisite etc...

I looked in the SX80 admin guide at the latest rev of CE software and in the menu settings it looked as the default input can be hard set but the monitor output roll didn't look to offer to output just the hdmi input 1 video.  I saw a recorder role but that is not exactly what we are looking for because the far end near end video is sent to the output.

I remember that Cisco used to have a matrix type software for the C series that allowed you to adjust routing in the codec but I'm not sure if it is still an option.  

Any ideas or suggestions that you may have is much appreciated.

You'll need to use an HDMI slitter or something similar prior to the video input going into the SX80, so that you can send the HDMI source to where you want it to go, as what you're looking for isn't possible with the SX80 alone.  The software you're referring to is TC Console, however it isn't supported by endpoints running CE Software.
