Our SX80 (TC7.3) is integrated with Extron Control. I support the SX80 but have no contact with the Extron vendor. The end user wants the SX80 Touch Panel in addition to the Extron control. We're getting that "touch panel required" warning. I've checked the basic config settings for touch panel....any other advisement?

The "touch panel required" warning will show when the SX80 cannot talk to the Touch 10.
If you have the Touch10 connected, make sure that it is on the same network segment (or preferably connected directly to the SX80). If not connected directly to the SX80, ensuring the Touch10 and the SX80 also have consistent IP addresses (either statically assigned, or with a DHCP reservation) will also assist in helping the devices keep in contact with each other.
This is irrespective of whether you have any other external contraol system (ie your Extron) attached.
If the Touch10 is connected correctly, the SX80 will not show the "touch panel required" warning unless you have configured it to look for multiple (more than 1) connected Touch10.
The command given by @Anurag Srivastava1 in his response is for only if you do not want to have any Cisco Touch10 connected at all. For 1 connected Touch10, this value should be set to 1 (or left on Auto).
