I received an MX700 videoconferencing system on the web and ssh, it is seen as SX80.
On the Cisco site https: //cway.cisco.con/sncheck/ serial number is seen as a MX700.
How can see by MX700.

Hi Cyrille,
was there an RMA of the codec ? MX700/MX800 are using a SX80 and with a Option key you can tell the SX80 codec you are a MX800 or MX700 System.
If the System was delivered in that way you should open a Cisco TAC Case to request the required license. I think you will need the original Sales Order number to get the required license from TAC.

You should contact TAC, they can generate the option key that you can apply to the MX700 so that it will appear with the correct product ID.
