T1 integration with Fujitsu PBX

I am looking for someone who has been successful in integrating with a Fujitsu 9600 PBX either via T1 CAS or PRI. My customer does not know the disconnect frequencies and they PBX ports are locking up.

There are some signaling restrictions with some of the cisco products with Fujitsu 9600 ES.
