Tandberg C20 Audio target change

Our C20 Conference system has 2 type audio output.
HDMİ (LG TV) and RCA (Creative 2+1 audio system). 
We want to use RCA, but we couldn't change from HDMI to RCA.
Audio came from HDMI TV.  How can I change audio output  from HDMI TV to RCA 2+1 speaker system?

You didn't mention what SW version you are running, but go into the web GUI, go to configuration, audio, and then outputs. audio on the HDMI out will be on - turn that off. There is probably then a line out? Not sure, I don't have a C20 anymore, but that's where any settings will be to turn it on/off or adjust levels.

The C20s are a very old endpoint model and went completely end of support over a year ago on 31 August 2018.

I'd highly recommend that you consider upgrading them to a newer and more supportable endpoint (such as one of the Cisco Room Series).
