Tandberg c20 presentation commutes to camera after 15 minutes

Hi there people,

This is my firts time here, I'm having a problem in a client.

The problem is that whem we are having a presentation between the C20 and a Jabber client,

the C20 after 15 minutes commutes to the camera breaking down the presentation but the call stay's active.

I have test with diferent jabber clients and the same problem.

The calls are made through a Cisco VCS.

Hi Alex,

could you provide more details

version of C20

xconfig logs

does the issue happens exactly after 15 minutes

when the issue happens please capture the  "xstatus diagnostic"

does the call goes fine on any other endpoint other than jabber.
