Tandberg Edge 95 MXP configuration

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to connect 2 Tandberg Edge 95 MXP devices in 2 different offices, New York City and Philadelphia. I'm trying to connect them using an internal ip address mapped to a public ip address in the firewall, using H.323 direct with no gatekeeper. When I try connecting, the connection goes through but after a couple of seconds the connection drops. What changes, if any, do I need to make on the firewalls for the connections to work?

I'm passing through the same issue you have passed by with 2 tandberg 95 mxp.

Is there a way that I can make calls by the ip of the endpoint?
