TC Console not working with SX80

Hi,

 

Having issues with TC Console and Cisco SX 80. Can connect to the codec, but when I'm trying to sync or apply the layout, I get an error msg saying 'Unable to upload startup script: 401'. Tried from different computers. And yes, XMLAPI mode is on. Any ideas?

 

TC Console version: 7.3.0

Software version: TC7.3.3

Might be a dumb question - but have you checked that the username and password you are using is valid on the endpoint, and that the user account you are using has the "Admin" role?

Hi Wayne, and thanks for your reply.

 

The account is Admin. Just did some logging on the unit. and the msg is pretty clear. But dunno why. Will t-shoot some more.

You could have a corrupted layout on the unit. Try removing everything that’s there then add it again.
