Does any have a reason why TC7.3.6 does not like TMS 15.0.1 ???
I have tried reconnecting two EX systems after an upgrade from TC7.3.5 and I am getting no HTTPS response and can't clear it ...
Anything at 7.3.5 have no issues ???
Again .. No issues with connecting a system on TMS 15.0.1 of a system running TC7.3.5 ...
I have purged them and reconnected but nothing ... I even had to read the public community name ...
This is very frustrating ...

It can be easy to overlook, but they removed support for TLS v1.0 in TC7.3.6, and could be the issue you're facing. Can you check to see if your TMS server supports TLS v1.1 or v1.2, as they are the only versions that TC7.3.6 now supports. Refer to the TC7 Release Notes on pg 7.
It's also affected several other users as well:

Also, this affects CE8.1 and later as well.
