Telepresence codec C40 recovery

Hello

I had error on web interface of C40. It was maintenance page with such recovery options as upgrade factory reset and something else. 

Upgrade didn't help - on web interface still was only the maintenance page.

And after factory reset I can’t ping it. And I have error message on monitor (screenshot attached) which tells that factory reset can solve the issue.

Now I can do factory reset C40 only using the serial interface.

I find commands for this in the C40 guide (xCommand SystemUnit FactoryReset Confirm: Yes). But I have other commands in CLI:

 

 - User Commands -

help                factoryreset        log                 pkgverify
reboot              remotesupportuser   rootsettings        selectsw
startweb            version

 

I tried to use command factoryreset. CLI answers “OK” but nothing happens.

How can I do factory reset or some recovery?

Maybe it’s possible to reinstall soft for this codec?

Hi,

You may need to upload the image through TFTP this is going to install a totally new image from scratch.

Now I try to assign IP to the codec

 

URL to files pkgextract.elf & u-boot.ini  from this document not works.

Does anybody have these files?

I had started upgrade without these files and I have big trouble now - Any image can't start and I don't have any access to codec.

I tried this command. I have only one image:

selectsw
image2 - TC7.3.2 14ad7cc [ACTIVE] [SELECTED]

OK
