Telepresence conference connection/ending options

Hi all,

     I am having trouble getting the TMS send a ending conference warning or alarm. I configured the options under the connection and endding options as the fields require, but the message does not apper on endpoints (E20 and X90) does any knows about this that can help or any documentation that i sould have?

I did not check if the message is supported by all devices and software versions, there

might be limitations.

In addition, if I remember it right, it will only work for system tms has direct connectivity to.

If your systems are "behind firewall" (see system navigator for the endpoints)

it will most likey not work.

You could also look at the tms log files and do a wireshark trace to debug further.
