Telepresence Integrator Products Release Notes

Hi,

We have and continue selling several of the new Tandberg/Cisco C-Series codecs and it has come to my attention that the latest firmware upgrade available from the Cisco website is 4.0.4. The Tandberg website only has up to 4.0.1. As for the release notes, they only have up to 4.0.1 on both the Tandberg and Cisco websites.

I am not confident upgrading to the latest firmware if there is no documentation advising what changes are being made. Are these release notes available? Surely this would be considered at the time of a firmware release.

Hi Gavin,

The release note for TC4.x has been updated with TC4.0.4 and TC4.1 (first version that supports the Cisco TelePresence Touch Screen). It is available on Tandberg's FTP:
