what is the meaning of No License Key Retrieved in my multisite license for telepresence MX700 , could i call multi site and this option is not installed in my system information on telepresence MX700 , please help .
Multisite option key (LIC-MX700-MS) is a paid feature, so you'll need to add the option key to the MX700. Did you purchase the Multisite option key when you ordered the MX700? If so, did you recieve a PAK to obtain the license key from Cisco Licensing Portal?
Thanks! I fixed the link in my post. The link was inserted correct, but for some reason it was wrong, looks like because there was no http(s) or www prefix in front.
