Hi everyone! I'm new to TelePresence and I need some help.
I have a network comprised of MCU4501 with a C20 on the client side.
For some reason, the teleconference disconnects every 100 seconds and reconnects a few seconds later.
I couldn't access MCU4501's logs but was able to review the C20 logs/data captures and noticed the following lines:
RST ACK
FIN ACK
Seems like the MCU's sending RST / FIN commands, which is then terminating the conference.
My questions are as follows:
1) What triggers the MCU to terminate the conference? i.e. jitter, latency, etc.
2) Since the conference disconnects every 100 seconds, is there a timer setting that may correspond to this cycle?
Thanks!

Hi Pramanik,
Do you have any firewall in picture here? could be possible that firewall in the path is doing a TCP connection reset.

Hi Alok,
Actually, there is a firewall (Cisco 3750) on the client side. I can't get rid of this firewall so any way around it? Or what should I look at?
Thanks,
Raq

Thanks Alok.
