I have been notified by end users that some endpoints had something wrong It is said that they didn't work properly during video call. So I went to the logs of my telepresence server and I noticed the following:
due to the delay and packet loss, I think that there are something wrong with the wan link, but when I go to the WAN monitor I didn't see any congestion.
what could be the matter?
