Hi everybody
We recently bought 3 Telepresence sx20 devices, I configured them to work with our (Asterisk) SIP server
the SIP configuration that I used is as following :
Default transport: UDP
Line: Private
Type: standard
URI: 1030@xx.xx.xx.xx
Login name: 1030
Password: xxxx
Proxy 1: xx.xx.xx.xx
Discovery: manual
OCSP Mode: off
the provisioning settings that I used :
Connectivity: Internal
HTTP Method: POST
Login name: 1030
Mode: Auto
Password: xxxx
Address: xx.xx.xx.xx
now the devices are working properly (dial and receive calls)
the problem is there is no video call (audio calls only) although all cameras are connected .
I tried to make video call using remote control and web interface without luck
so, did I miss something ???
any help will be appreciated

Have you got Video enabled in your Asterisk setup?
ie, modify sip.conf to add:
[general]
videosupport=yes

Please post the SIP messages from a sample call. It may be that one or both ends isn't sending video capability, etc.
