There are many ways that the SX20 can be used to communicate with other devices, but will all require additional infrastructure yourself, or services from the cloud.
With products like Cisco Meeting Server, you can communicate with many other device types, or registering to Cisco Spark may provide you with other opportunities.
It'll all depend on what you want to do with the device, and what communication and collaboration options you're interested in to what solution may be best for your needs.
Identify your use case first, then try to fit the product to that, rather than trying to shoehorn a technology product in to service just because you have it. You'll end up with a better and more readily accepted solution doing it this way.
Have a chat with your local Cisco account team or Cisco Partner and they can help design a solution that will fit your business requirement.
