Telepresence T3 TCU screen freez and then got blank going to IDLE !!!???? Urgent help

Dear All ,

i need help as i have an issue in My T3 Endpoint , we have one faulty c90 in the T3 Endpoint , but although one codec was restarting all the time , the system was still working , after restart , i found that the screen of TCU just frozen , not responding , not showing any thing as attached in the photo

so please any one could help ?

any body could help , any expert one in this system know how to make system respond , its not responding with any regular USB keyboard , and after that system all go blank !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???
