TelePresence TX9000 Factory reset

Dear community,

I am trying to do a factory reset on a TX9000 touch panel. Unfortunately i am unable to locate any support information for this. I hope you can help me!

Hi Nithin,

Thank you. I saw that video. Unfortunately it is not the right model. The touch panel is a Touch 12. Part is CTS-CTRL-DV12.

It might be driven by the Codec-G2R's. I was able to perform a factory reset on those with the pin on the right side, but it does not bring the rest of the system to a factory state.

Try command utils system factory reset from Codec CLI.
