Temporary License for SX20 (part # LIC-SX20-MS)

I was wondering if someone out there had a link to a tempory license key for a MultiSite License for the SX20.  License part # is LIC-SX20-MS

Hi Paul,

TC software endpoints do not support demo or temporary option keys as far as I am aware of unfortunately.

Jon,

I opened a case with Cisco support, the link they provided doesnt open.   I am able to download a file from the download section but it comes to me a SGN file.  The 1st link came from TAC and the second one is the link to the download TelePresence SX20 Quick Set.  Neither of which I am able to open.  Out of curiosity are you able to open or download either link?

Hi,

Yes the first link is an internal Cisco link, it should not have been given to you by whoever did give it to you as it would be unreachable outside Cisco's network.

The second link is the software download link directly to the TC7.3.1 SX20 software, I am not sure why you can't use it directly, you should be able to reach the same section via putting in SX20 in the Downloads Search box.

.cop.sgn  files are the CUCM cop files that include the upgrade package - if you are directly attempting to upgrade the endpoint you would want the .pkg file.

The licence keys are tied to the serial number of the SX20, so even if someone had a spare licence, it would be not be any good for your device.
