There is noise when using SX 10

Hi All
We have 4 Cisco sx10s, 4 TVs UHD same model
The SX10 is connected to HDMI to the UHD TV and uses the audio of the TV via HDMI
The problem: When the SX10's microphone turns on, Room A, Room B is silent, there's an extremely annoying echo. When 1 in 2 Room has someone speak or one of 2 room mute mic. Then the noise disappeared.
If I don't use the audio of TVs, and use the sound of Speaker connected to the SX10 via Jack 3.5. The problem is solved
(Calls via MCU CMS1000 or P2P have the above error)
Can you tell me how to handle this problem?
