Hi Guys,
my company is implementing Jabber video telepresence for Ipads , and we are supposed to use VCS-TMS (Legacy agent) to provision these clients.
At this time our provisioning directory have a "rigid" structure, all configuration are applied on root folder and propagated on childs ( provisioning was used for Movi clients only), and now we are running some test to understand how to support Ipad clients.
At this time i have created a subfolder to organize Ipad users... it contains both Movi and Jabbertablet configuration (Movi settings come from root folder)... i tried to login using an Ipad but it keeps failing.
VCS network log reports:

I'm considering to re-build our provisioning directory to fit this new scenario, so i'll have device configuration on specific subfolders i.e.:
Company (no specific configuration here)
Company.Movi (specific conf. template settings & URI)
Company.Jabber (specific conf. template settings & URI)
etc etc
But since this activity will have a considerable impact on users activities, i would like to know if this action can fix the above login issue.

Hi Daniele,
One thing to note is that the uriayno%5Cjabber@video.ayno.it is having some character which is not understood properly.
response code 407 is normal which is challenge by provisioning server on the VCS. can you try to remove any special character that may exist in the name.
also is it happening with only one user or multiple users?

i guess there is "\" some where. please remove that.
actually with TMS legacy settings thorugh root folder shall be accepted for ipad as well. untill you have configure anything specific under the provisoning users root settings.

Hi Alok,
our tms\VCS provisioning is integrated in AD, and AD username for this tablet user is: jabber.
usually on our Movi clients we use the format ayno\username... so i was using the same format for Jabber video Telepresence on ipad.. atm i tried again using "jabber" as user name and it's working.
