I just found out that we are no longer able to pull up CDRs from our Tandberg Classic endpoints (all running E5.3). Is this something I can fix in admin settings of TMS?

Hi darren,
This is probably because of the bug in tms 14.1.1 that makes the snmpservice crash. This is the service that handles cdrs from classics. If you upgrade to tms 14.2 the issue should be resolved.

There were actually two bugs in TMS 14.1.1 that could make it crash, but yes, it's likely that Darrens sees one of these. Is there an error in the Windows Event Viewer regarding the SNMP service crashing? If so, what's the stack trace?
Another possibility: CSCue80457 (fixed in TMS 14.3, not yet released).
