We just did an upgrade of TMS in our lab so that we can set up the new "Webex for Telepresence" service but one of the first steps in the config guide says I should have an option for webex in the configuration menu of TMS. I see no such option (screen shot included) and we have both TMSXE and TMSPE installed. I've also restarted the PE as well as the entire Windows server. Is there an option key that needs to be installed to get the Webex for TP service working? It's not mentioned in the config guide. Oh yeah...and we also upgraded TMSPE to 1.1
Thanks,
Karl

Hi,
You won't see the webex options unless your have an option key. Note that you'll need to enable quite a bit of stuff on the WebEx backend as well – please go through you Cisco sales rep to discuss what you need to do.

Thanks Robert.
Since we already have the TMS software, the part number in this case is L-TMS-WXOT which can be ordered under the top level part number L-TMS-SW-PAK as a $0 part number.
