I am running TMS 15.6.1. Yesterday our windows 10 PC's were working with IE 11 and JAVA X.X.181 monitoring.
Today our SCCM folks pushed JAVA X.x.191 to our work stations and now TMS monitoring isn't working. Is there a CISCO TMS update out there? What is the fix action please. We are not Authorized to role back JAVA.

Perhaps your team just pushed out the 64-bit version of Java, and not the 32-bit version as well. As TMS is a 32-bit app, it needs to have the 32-bit version of Java installed on the PC. Install the 32-bit version and you should be fine with that TMS version and Java release.

Hello,
I have a question. We need to downgrade the Java version on our TMS servers (presumably by uninstall/reinstall and need to know whether this will impact TMS?
Also what are the best steps to take?
TMS version is 15.9.0
Java is currently 8u211
I understand that 8u201 was the last available for commercial use without licensing, so we’d need to downgrade to that version.
OS is Server 2016 – (1607 – 14393.3808)
Appreciate all feedback.

TMS does not use Java on the server side. Java would be used client side only for Conference Control Center within TMS Portal. TMS-PE (Provisioning Extension) uses server side Java. If changing Java on the server for TMS-PE, TME-PE will need to be reinstalled Example process: uninstall TMS-PE, uninstall Java, install Java, install TMS-PE.
The build bit level (32 bit vs 64 bit) is only relevant to the client. (32 bit IE vs 64 bit IE)
