Hi all,
I am running Cisco TMS 14.3.1. It can successfully download software updates from
https://tms-update.cisco.com/webservices/product/v1.0/Software/SoftwareService_ES
However, it seems that the latest software it can find for C20 is TC6.0.1 while I can see that TC6.3.0 is available on Cisco's web site. Is there a problem with the software manager or does it just lag behind Cisco's download site?
Thanks,
Eli

Take a look at this Cisco doc, https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-31882, section 3. I don't know why TMS doesn't see the most recent software version released, but TMS won't automatically download it for you as in the past, you'll need to do that yourself now with how they changed the entitlement procedure for new TC software.

It's been my experience that it lags somewhat.

In addition to what Patrick has said above (and a +5 on that answer) - you will also need to import the file that you downloaded as per those instructions in to TMS to use TMS to deploy it to your endpoints.
To do this in TMS, go to Systems, System Upgrade, Software Manager - then use the Upload New Software button. Or, you can drag the firmware file in to the folder on the TMS server manually (the correct folder is indicated on the Software Manager screen).
TMS will then show that the new software version is available and ready to deploy to your endpoints and no longer show that 6.0.1 (which was the latest it had in its respository previously) as the "latest version" and instead show the version you downloaded.
Note: You'll need to get two versions of the TC software if you have a mix of C/EX (s52000 firmware) and SX (s52010 firmware) devices.
