TMS confirmation email to all participants

Hi

We book our meetings through Outlook and TMS/TMSXE.

Is there a way to have TMS send the confirmation email to all participants and not just the person booking the meeting?

Or is sending the confirmation (and link to, in our case Meeting Server/Acano) to be done by the person booking by design?

TMS will not send the booking confirmation email to anyone but the person who scheduled the conference.  Per the "Booking with Outlook" section in the TMSXE 5.3 User Guide, the scheduler will need to either forward the confirmation email to the invitees, or paste it's contents into the original meeting invite.
