Would it be possible to send email event notifications out side the network that the TMS is on. I don't want them to access, but just get sent notification email when the call connects, disconnects, etc. I tried making a dummy use account with the specific email, but am not recieving them. I still am able to recieve them from my email address from within the network. Any ideas?
Thank you

Hi
If you setup the TMS to use an smtp server that can route the notification to that other user e.g a gmail account. You have to enable notifications on that user if you want it to get the mail for specific events. But this works fine from the tms perspective.

Thank you for the response. Would you know how to configure the smtp settings on the TMS server?
