The "Export room data" feature only generates a list of the CMRs that were created based on the CMR template that is assigned to the user, and only contains the basic information for one's CMR.
To look up someone's individual CMR host/guest PIN do one of the following in either TMS or Conductor:
- TMS > Systems > Provisioning > Users > User > Edit CMR in User Portal
- Conductor > Status > Collaboration meeting rooms
You can also run a query against the TMSPE database and from there you can create a spreadsheet based on the results. The CMR data is stored in database "tmspe_vmr" under table "dbo.rooms".
